Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsBidCraftCancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I connect Stripe for payments?

Go to Settings in BidCraft → Payment ProcessingConnect Stripe. You'll be guided through Stripe's setup process. Once connected, you can send payment links from any invoice.

Where is my data stored?

Your estimates, invoices, and client data are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is removed. We recommend regularly backing up your device through iCloud.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email hello@bidcraft.work with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots help. We take bug reports seriously and aim to fix critical issues within 48 hours.

Can I use BidCraft on iPad?

BidCraft is currently optimized for iPhone. It will run on iPad but the interface is designed for phone-sized screens. A dedicated iPad version is planned.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
