Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → BidCraft → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Go to Settings in BidCraft → Payment Processing → Connect Stripe. You'll be guided through Stripe's setup process. Once connected, you can send payment links from any invoice.
Your estimates, invoices, and client data are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is removed. We recommend regularly backing up your device through iCloud.
Email hello@bidcraft.work with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots help. We take bug reports seriously and aim to fix critical issues within 48 hours.
BidCraft is currently optimized for iPhone. It will run on iPad but the interface is designed for phone-sized screens. A dedicated iPad version is planned.
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
