BidCraft ("we," "our," or "the app") is a mobile application for contractors to create estimates, send invoices, and collect payments. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use BidCraft.

BidCraft uses the following third-party services to operate:
RevenueCat — Manages subscription billing and entitlements through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat processes your purchase transactions and subscription status.
PostHog — Provides anonymized product analytics to help us understand how BidCraft is used and improve the experience. Data is processed on PostHog's EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com). We do not collect personally identifiable information through PostHog.
Sentry — Monitors app stability and captures crash reports to help us fix bugs quickly. Crash reports may include device type, OS version, and app state at the time of the error.
Stripe — Processes online payments between contractors and their clients via Stripe Connect. When a client pays an invoice, the transaction is handled entirely by Stripe. BidCraft does not store, process, or have access to credit card numbers.
Apple — Handles App Store distribution, in-app subscription purchases, and associated payment processing.
Your estimates, invoices, and client data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a centralized database of your business data. If you delete the app, locally stored data will be removed from your device.
Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. Payment data is managed by Stripe. Analytics data is stored by PostHog on EU servers.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the app's features.

BidCraft is a business tool designed for professional contractors. It is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of BidCraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
